The Executive Director is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the community, achieving and maintaining maximum occupancy of the community to capacity, achieving high resident satisfaction and quality resident care/services, ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal requirements, generating respect in the community for the community, ensuring smooth operation of the community, and generating the projected profit for the company.
