Your rewards

At DHL Parcel UK, we believe that hard work deserves to be rewarded. That’s why we give the Warehouse Operatives who work our Night shifts such good rates of pay, a night allowance on top of hourly rate and enhanced overtime rate up to double time. We also offer them great benefits, from discount schemes at a wide range of big retailers, to a generous pension, as well as free parking and uniforms.

Your development

On top of that, we’re keen to help our talented team members develop their careers. DHL Parcel UK has been growing – even during the pandemic – as we help the ecommerce industry expand by delivering thousands of parcels every day. All of which means real job security and lots of opportunities for career development for all our people.

What you’ll do

To join us, you won’t need experience – we’ll provide you with that. But you will need a strong work ethic and real attention to detail. It’s a physical job, in a busy warehouse hub that’s always working at full speed, so you’ll be on the go throughout your shift. Whatever task you’re performing, your attention to detail will make sure every parcel gets to its customer right on time.

Why work Nights?

Some of our people join us on nights because the timing suits them. Our friendly team includes plenty of parents who have young children and want to work nights because their partners work days, as well as students, who have college from 9-5, and people who are night owls.
